Unlike many other bodybuilding coaches, our number one focus is your health. Our secondary focus is getting you on stage. It has to be in that order otherwise you will set yourself up for blame and shame issues after your comp. As a competitor, you will appreciate us saying that we won’t bullshit you. If we feel you are not mentally ready to compete, we will tell you.
Understand that competing is not for everyone. However, for those who want it, we can absolutely help you maximize your results and realize your ultimate competition physique.
Enterprise Fitness Competition Preparation Packages start from either 12 or 16 weeks out. Of course you may start 20 or 24 weeks out, but as a minimum we need to work with you for 12 weeks before the competition date. The more time we have with you, the better!
