Are you tired of going to your doctor and not getting any answers? You know your body better than anyone else but everyone keeps telling you you’re fine.
You’re living a healthy lifestyle and placing importance on eating the right foods and exercising but still feeling tired, lethargic, foggy and can’t seem to lose that extra weight, put on lean muscle or reach your health goals.
Doctors are not the ‘bad’ people. They are doing the best they can with the resources and knowledge that has been given them. However medicine practiced by most physicians is oriented towards acute care, or health issues that are of an urgent nature. They are taught to look at the immediate cause and apply specific, prescribed treatments such as drugs or surgery that aim to treat the immediate problem or symptom. Sometimes by that stage we have waited to long and it’s too late.
The way we see it is that most of us were born with our bodies made perfect: pure, healthy and strong in both mind and body without disease. Functional health combines both the diagnostic tools of western medicine and integrative medicine and looks at treating the cause behind the disease and correcting the underlying factors of health issues through looking carefully at genetic factors, environmental exposure to toxins, allergies, mineral and nutrient imbalances and deficiencies, stress load and nutrition and exercise.

I didn’t chase a follow up with you because I’ve been feeling a thousand times better since our last session! Following the gut cleanse as much as I could, and the supplements, really returned me to better health. I’m now training 6-7 times a week (3 group circuit sessions, 3 Crossfit sessions and 1 yoga) plus keeping a busy work schedule….and I’m coping!!!
Thank you for helping me when others couldn’t!
I’ve also referred a few of my own patients to you. I hope they’ve follow through.
I know I wasn’t your most compliant client, but I certainly saw marked improvement, sustained results and I now know how to manage myself when I feel myself relapsing!

Right from my first appointment, Kristine was someone who took the time to listen to all of my issues and to cover everything to do with my body. She was never in a rush to kick me out the door and knew exactly what was wrong and how to treat me, even before I’d had bloods done, which always confirmed she was right.
Kristine is a very friendly, loving and caring person who cares about you and will go to great lengths to help in any way she can. I highly recommend her services. 🙂 🙂 🙂 Marg

Kristine Ottobre is a superstar! I have had gut issues for nearly 2 years and after several visits to the doctor, breath testing etc. none could really help me! I was struggling to lose weight, although I thought I was eating well!
Kristine has studied me with all the information I could give her, eating disorder history, stomach issues and since then she have provided me with Nutritional information and supplements to help me, these have helped me out of sight!
My weight has been dropping off by the week, I feel fantastic, my stomach issues have never been better and I just love the lifestyle and eating patterns now!
Kristine put in so much effort for me, she has been ever so helpful with everything, any questions I had for her she was more than happy to help and so promptly.
I can’t thank her enough for what she has done for me, I still have a long journey ahead of me but she has been such an amazing help and would recommend her to anyone.

At Enterprise Fitness we use only premier practitioner supplement brands to ensure our clients get only the purest formulations and the best bang for their buck. We have accounts through various laboratories that allow us to do testing such as organic acid testing, complete digestive stool analysis, adrenal stress test and hormone saliva test. These are just an example of some of the tests that we can do to enable us to get very specific with how we can support our clients health issues.
Blood chemistry profile- In Australia there is over a million blood chemistries performed each year. Only a percentage of those are analysed appropriately with the reference ranges being compared to what a “healthy individual” should look like and “healthy” meaning Homer Simpson. The physician often focuses on the clients presenting complaint or what he preconceives the problem to be instead of further investigating slightly skewed reference ranges. This often leads to missing co-morbidities.
At Enterprise Fitness we analyse your blood chemistry profile according to what optimal health should look like. Specific markers analysed are liver and kidney function, immune status, iron and oxygen carrying capacity, imbalanced nutritional elements in the body, thyroid and adrenal function.
Environmental Pollutants/ Organic Acid Testing- Organic acids are metabolites that are produced in pathways of energy production, detoxification, neurotransmitter breakdown and gastrointestinal activity. The results are used to address systemic issues ranging from fatigue, mood disorders, headaches, muscular and joint pain, whether there is gut or systemic bacteria present and assessment of your toxic load and detoxification capacity. Testing for organic acids helps us pinpoint the hidden health issues and be able to advise you of changes you need in your lifestyle, nutrition and supplementation on a metabolic level.
Metabolites analysed are Fatty Acid Metabolism, Carbohydrate Metabolism and your Citric Acid Cycle, Nutrient Deficiencies, Methylation sufficiency status, Specific markers for bacterial and yeast dysbiosis.
Amino Acid Profile- We have all heard that Amino acids are the “building blocks” of protein but what does that actually mean? Amino acids play a major role in nearly every chemical process that affects both physical and mental function, gastrointestinal function, detoxification, collagen production, including the formation of ligaments, tendons, bones, and antibodies, as well as regulation of enzymes and blood transport proteins. There are 21 different amino acids and the human body can synthesize all of these except for the ten called the “essential amino acids”. These ten are acquired from the diet or supplementation. Failure to obtain even 1 of the 10 essential amino acids has serious health implications and can result in breakdown of the body’s proteins. Muscle and other protein structures may be dismantled to obtain the one amino acid that is needed. Results obtained from the amino acid profile include regulation of muscular activity, transmission and control of neural signals, hormonal synthesis and regulation, transport mechanisms of nutrients, ligament, tendon and bone matrix formation and enzymatic functions
Hair Mineral Analysis Testing– Hair is used for mineral testing because of its nature. Hair is formed from clusters of cells that make up the hair follicle. When the hair grows it is exposed to the internal environment of the body such as blood, lymph and extra cellular fluids. As the hair comes to the surface, the metabolic products it has encountered during its formation is locked into the hair and provides a blueprint record of the mineral status and metabolic activity that has occurred during this time.
The minerals in your body are absolutely critical for life and optimal health. They are necessary for cellular metabolism, structural support, nerve conduction, muscular activity, immune functions, antioxidant and endocrine activity, enzyme functions, water and PH balance and even DNA function. Ideally we should get all the minerals we need from our diet but unfortunately today this is not possible unless we all grew our own vegetables and hunted our meat.
A hair mineral analysis test will provide you data on nutrient and toxic minerals and ratios and whether there are imbalances or deficiencies that may be affecting your health and weight loss goals.
Hormonal Panel– This is a urine spot test that provides advanced adrenal assessment, hormone metabolite assessment and gives you a comprehensive hormone profile. The report given will give a comprehensive overview of androgen production and metabolism, oestrogen and progesterone metabolism and cortisol status. Hormones play a big role in our health and the effects of imbalances range from fatigue, weight gain, depression, acne, PCOS, osteoporosis and altered stress response.
Testing and packages are tailored to meet the individual’s requirements. We know there is a lot of information to choose from so contact Kristine at Kristine@enterprisefitness.com.au to find out what’s right for you.
Male, Age 27
I contacted Kristine as I had been having a lot of trouble with acne which had gone on for years. I had been to dermatologists who charged through the roof and yet never delivered any results.
I got my blood work done and sent the results to Kristine which she analysed together with a questionnaire about my medical history. We then had an hour long phone consult which Kristine followed up with a supplementation plan and a number of dietary changes.
Since I have made the changes which Kristine suggested, my skin has never been better and my acne had completely cleared up. This has made a massive difference to me and I could not be happier with the results.
I would be more than happy to recommend Kristine to anyone, Its a fantastic in-depth service and at a great price.
Kristine, thanks a lot for your help. Changes in diet along with effective supplementation after my blood work are really working great for me. I feel leaner, healthier, energetic, don’t feel like coffee anymore and can lift heavy 🙂 thanks heaps.
Looking forward to learn more 🙂
