I have just completed the 2-day “Training the Female Competitor” course at Enterprise Fitness. Having literally just started my Cert 3/4 in Fitness and also currently training for my first fitness competition. I thought this course would complement my studies perfectly since I plan to specialise in competition preparation when I enter the fitness industry as a professional.
Chris and Reece were awesome trainers and put things in such a way that made perfect sense. Their knowledge base is second to none and I have learnt so many skills that I will be implementing in the future. I am currently being trained for my competition by Reece so it was really valuable to not only know why he is doing the things that he is doing, but also understand why they have been working!
I feel that for anyone who has ever trained or plan to train competitors or even if you’re like me and just starting your journey into the fitness world, then this course will provide you with invaluable insight and information that will lead to competition prepping that is not only works but is also healthy! It’s one thing to have a successful competitor but you will also need to provide them with the right tools on what to do post-comp and to maintain a healthy relationship with food and exercise.
You will also be shown how to adapt the programs to athletes and the general population who may just be starting their health journey. You can never have too much information and even if you have been successful at comp prepping before, I’m positive you will still learn something that you can implement straight away!
