What is your greatest achievement since training with Enterprise Fitness:
Achieving 2nd place in the Fitness Model First Timers division at the INBA Southern Cross Championships (April 11, 2015).
Why did you choose to train with Enterprise Fitness?
I was in need of a greater challenge with my training as I was at a plateau and wasn’t seeing any results with my physique.
Since training at Enterprise how has your body, diet and/or lifestyle changed?
Everything has changed since training at Enterprise! My body is in the best shape it has ever been, I’ve learnt so much about my diet and what foods my body tolerates (and doesn’t), I have become more confident and fulfilled in both my personal and professional life.
Have you had other trainers in the past? And if so, how is Enterprise Fitness different?
Yes, I sure have. Enterprise is an institution of professionalism and knowledge in health and fitness. Each and every Enterprise trainer can guarantee definite results. It’s as simple as telling your Enterprise trainer the goals that you wish to achieve and they will ensure that these goals are met and that your training and diet are “customised” to you as an individual. Furthermore, Enterprise has educated me enormously, I have gained a wealth of knowledge.
You are a member of Team Enterprise Fitness, how did you find your comp prep experience?
I found my first comp prep to be challenging yet incredibly smooth, given it was only a 6 week prep. I had complete trust in my trainer (Jared Adams) and knew that I was in good hands.
What do you look for in a personal trainer? And did you find this at Enterprise?
Personalization: Each trainer at Enterprise will customize a eating plan and training regime that best suits your body and the results you wish to achieve.
Knowledge: Enterprise trainers are constantly researching and attending various courses to develop their knowledge base in training techniques. I believe they are at the forefront of this, primarily due to Mark Ottobre’s courses that he holds to continually educate his trainers (as well as other Australian trainers and worldwide).
