At Enterprise Fitness, we do offer an online personal training service. However it’s worlds away from the countless fitness gurus and ‘master e-trainers’ you see on Facebook. Personal training is our passion: we take it seriously. And we’re committed to making your goals our own whether online or in the studio.
To ensure that you get the best possible outcome when you choose to train with us online, there are a few things we have put in place. The first is an intense 3-hour one-on-one Super Consult (this is a training & education experience that you won’t find anywhere else).
We like to think of it as the ultimate ‘kick-start’ to your comp prep or better body and improved health. We invite you to come and experience training at the Enterprise Fitness studio, meet your trainer in the flesh and together over 3 intense hours lay the foundations for your success.
In the first hour we assess your body composition using Biosignature. We speak to you about your diet, supplement protocol and lifestyle factors in depth.
The second hour we hit the studio floor! Your trainer will take you through some structural balance tests to measure any imbalances or limitations that you might have. These tests let your trainer know where you’re at physically so we can best design your training phases (especially for future programs).
Essentially it’s a training session/education lesson (it’s going to be different to what you’re used to). You’ll actually learn about your new program, the different lifts and exercises and your trainer will show you the correct technique. Be prepared to take some notes. There’s a lot to effective, results-focused training and probably little things you’ve never heard of.
Once you have a clear understanding of your training, nutrition and supplementation (in accordance with your unique goals), your trainer will write a 4-week training phase for you, that way you know exactly what to do when you get back home.
To sum it all up, here’s a quick cheat sheet of what to expect from the 3-Hour Super Consult with Enterprise Fitness:
- A detailed look and revision of your nutrition, your trainer will devise a diet plan that is specific to you and your goals.
- We measure your body fat to assess body composition using Biosignature
- Supplementation advice unique to you and your needs
- Structural balance testing to find where you’re at physically, so your trainer can write a program that is exactly what you need.
- A training session with your world class trainer in a world-class facility
- The first 4-week phase of your training program
The 3-Hour Super Consult is just the beginning. We like to work with our online clients for a minimum of 12 weeks. It’s so important you have time and the right support to smash the goals that you have set out to achieve. Many of our clients continue to train with us for months (and even years) after that, but we use 12 weeks as a minimum benchmark.
In addition to the Super Consult and over the following 12 weeks you will receive:
- 12 weeks of training programming blocked into 4 week phases (the first is part of the initial 3-hour super consult)
- Once a month 90 minute follow ups with your trainer (these can be in the studio or exchanged for Skype calls)
- Diet and nutritional planning, advice and email support
- Supplement advice and email support
