Why did you choose to train with Enterprise Fitness?
I saw my husband get excellent results with Enterprise Fitness, as well as seeing Tara Pirotta smash her competitions. EF know what they’re talking about and how to get results!
While training at Enterprise Fitness, were you happy with your results and what you achieved?
Yes, I put on 2.5kg lean mass and maintained my low body fat. I had DEXA scans before and after training with EF.
What do you look for in a personal trainer? And did you find this at Enterprise Fitness?
I look for someone who can push me harder than I can push myself and someone to teach me new training methods. With my trainer Marshall, my programs included twice a day training, strongman sessions and Giant sets. My nutrition included carb-cycling which was totally new to me. I loved my programs and seeing my body change.
Did you enjoy your comp prep experience?
Yes, it was amazing having Marshall as my trainer, he was always available for advice. I loved seeing Anna’s smiling face every time I entered EF. All of the trainers were approachable and great to chat to for advice. I loved having a purpose for my training.
Since training at Enterprise Fitness how has your health, physique, diet and/or lifestyle changed?
I’ve learnt not to be scared of carbs, I do way less cardio than I did before training with Enterprise and I have more lean mass whilst maintaining a size 8 dress size.
Would you recommend Enterprise Fitness to other people? And if so, who?
100% I can’t wait to go back and train with them again.
