What is your greatest achievement while training with Enterprise Fitness?
My greatest achievement since training at Enterprise Fitness would definitely be entering my first fitness competition, the INBA All Female Classic. EF gave me the opportunity to take my body to places I had never dreamed of and my coach, Ross Newland, not only supported me, but empowered me to believe in myself. Although competing was my biggest achievement, it was all the little mile stones that were equally important to me. I finally understood what it meant to be healthy, how to nourish my body, to have a positive mindset and to feel confident with my body which were all huge achievements to me.
Why did you choose to train with Enterprise Fitness?
After training my bum off for years, having countless personal trainers and putting myself through ridiculous diets but still not getting the results I was after, I was almost ready to give up. I did my research on the best coaching gyms in Melbourne and EF kept coming up. I looked through all of their results and I was amazed by the before and after shots of previous clients. Despite being slightly hesitant at first, as soon as I joined, I started learning and seeing results that I had never dreamed of.
Have you had trainers in the past, and if so how is Enterprise Fitness different?
EF is like nothing I have ever experienced! The trainers really know what they’re talking about, they understand that every body is different and in turn needs to be trained in a specialised way in order to achieve that clients goals. What I love most about EF is the no BS attitude to not only training, but diet and lifestyle. The trainers will give you a 110% as long as you reflect the same effort. They use techniques and training methods that I have never seen or heard of but most importantly, they get results that no one else can.
What do you look for in a personal trainer? And did you find this at Enterprise?
I look for competence, experience, confidence, honesty and tough love.
For me, a personal trainer is someone you invest a lot of trust in and they often become open to your insecurity’s and empower you to over come these.
Not only did I find these qualities in my coach Ross Newland but in the entire EF team. The competence, knowledge and support across the board at EF is astounding!
From the moment you walk in the door you can see it! Everybody craves and seeks excellence inside this facility and most importantly, everyone supports each other in achieving this. Throughout my time at EF there have been times when I wanted to give up. I doubted not only my capabilities but also the training methods, however, the support I received never allowed my doubts to develop into anything more than a passing thought. I can honestly say that I had a 100% trust in both my coach and EF in allowing me to achieve my goals.
Since training at Enterprise how has your body, diet and/or lifestyle changed?
My body has changed dramatically! I have learnt so much about nourishing my body rather than dieting. Changing my lifestyle to be healthy rather than achieving a goal.
EF allowed me to create a body that I had never dreamed of!
Are you happy with what you have achieved since training at Enterprise Fitness?
I can’t believe what i have achieved at EF and I am completely stoked with my achievements. However EF has taught me you can always improve and I am always setting new goals 🙂
As a member of Team Enterprise Fitness on comp day, how did you find your comp prep and comp day experience?
At first, I found the prep mentally overwhelming and challenging however, with the support from Ross and understanding the process, I was able to overcome this. After overcoming the initial mental challenges, I was well prepared for the physical component.
This was equally challenging, however, with seeing results week in and week out the challenges were no longer linked with a negative and they became more like an addiction.
Particularly in the last 5 weeks I questioned myself and ability, however, Ross and the EF crew all reassured me of my capabilities and kept me on track with motivation and their endless support. Comp day affirmed all of this for me, where everything came together and my confidence in myself finally boomed.
What are plans with your health and fitness in the future?
I have learnt so much in the past 12 months, so continuing to learn more about my body and overall health is paramount to me. I will continue to improve my physique, with the aim to compete again in the near future, hopefully in the fitness category this time.
Would you recommend Enterprise Fitness to other people? And if so, who?
Anyone who’s serious about making lifestyle and real changes to their body needs to come to EF.
If you could sum up Enterprise Fitness in 3 words, what would they be?
