At first, I had a bit of hesitation joining up. On one hand, I had to consider being a part-time uni student who isn’t earning a lot of money. But on the other, I really wanted to hit my goals and was fast realising that what I was currently doing was not helping me advance in my powerlifting training.
The day I met Mark at the Enterprise Fitness studio, he looked directly at me and said, “even if it is just one training session a week, you are going to make a lot more progress training here than not at all”. And he was right. Twelve weeks later, I had hit a new total PB- one that I hadn’t planned on achieving until December! And to top it off, I was able to drop roughly 7% body fat while remaining the same body weight of 95kg (meaning more lean muscle mass).
Not only did I get an immensely supportive trainer, someone who looked after my training program and monitored my strength, as well as the changes to my body and diet plan, but I also received vital information on how to optimize recovery, train and eat effectively. Training at Enterprise Fitness has left me feeling more empowered and better educated to push forward and smash my new health and training targets!
Would I say Enterprise Fitness met my expectations? Instead of answering this question directly, I would challenge anyone reading to dare say otherwise after training for 12 weeks with Enterprise. I’m stronger leaner and bigger. But overall, I’m healthier. Find out for yourself!
